My problem with this economic conference

One major trouble here 

Most of the guests are "has been" May be there are still having connexions with Economic world , bankers etc..... 

But i doubt this could be of any benefit for the country...To me sound like a waste of money 

What is not mentioned here 

1) you invite those people so you 

1) Pay their flying ticket (1rst class) 

2) you pay their hotel fees 

3) you pay them ( according to them it is the same like giving a private conference !) 

The main question is : forgive me if i m stupid.... 

I am a cameroonian . I am among the lucky one who use to travel from the north to the south and to the east to the west of the country 

Now i m living abroad, what kind of learning Barroso & Friends are they going to deliver to me (in order to teach me something about my country) ? 

Better than cameroonian no ! To advertise the country to attract business men and funds we need to 

a) fight against corruption 

b) have a clear bidding process on project 

c) respect payment deadlines 

not organizing this kind of waste of money
